The Schedule of Condition app allows letting agents and landlords to take photographs of a property to record its condition at the point of inspection. The photographs are then numbered, timestamped and bundled into a PDF report ready to be emailed on to the relevant parties. The PDF report contains the property address, the date and the name of the person who produced the report.
